Our Strategy

1

Mining Companies Focused
on Underexplored Mines

What We Invest In

Our investment strategy involves supporting mining companies that concentrate on underexplored mines and the creation of projects that generate cashflow.

Mining Projects For Reprocessing of Old Tailings

How We Invest

MTT is flexible in its approach, investing in equity, assets, and off-take agreements.

1

Equity In Mining Companies That Own Concessions
Or JV Agreements With Concessionaires

2

Joint Venture And Off-take Agreements With Co-ops For Exploration And Toll Mining Services

3

Joint Venture Agreements With State- Owned Mining Corporation—Comibol

Strategic Initiatives

MTT has identified three main strategies to develop the Bolivian mining potential.

MTT RESOURCES

Engage Co-ops to Develop Old Mines
or to Provide Toll Mining Services

MTT MINING

Opportunistic Investment in Bolivia’s Long-Established Mineral

Engage and partner with Co-ops to increase production capacity and efficiency in Bolivian Highlands and initiate exploration efforts in long unexplored deposits

Greenfield in Bolivia's traditional minerals such as Gold, Silver, Antimony, Tin, Tungsten, Lead and Zinc

Process Old Dumps and Tailings from well-known Mines with Decades-long Inefficient Mining Operations

MTT RECOVERY

Processing of Mineral-Rich
Dumps and Tailings

Business Plan Guiding Principles

1

MTT’s management believes that by continuously engaging the cooperatives and following up with smart prospection and preliminary exploration, it can amass a 10 million ozt portfolio of gold and silver projects.

2

MTT believes that to secure the relationship with cooperatives, the ‘lowest hanging fruit’ deal is to provide toll services under long term contracts that should kick-off with high-grade tailings and dumps.

3

MTT believes that there are attractive opportunities not being addressed in other traditional Bolivian minerals such as antimony and ulexite, and MTT is not going to adjust its scope of opportunities accordingly.

4

MTT understands that it can better promote Bolivia by establishing a business intelligence service that formalizes what MTT has provided to foreign players that want to understand how to enter Bolivia.

Business Plan Summary

MTT's main focus is on large gold and silver properties, but MTT also acknowledges that there is a significant number of opportunities besides gold and silver given the lack of exploration in the last 50 years.

Trends & Vision
Core Assets & Minerals
Silver & Gold
New Mining Prospects
Tailings & Dumps
Identify and Develop large scale mining silver and gold prospects. MTT believes it can achieve a portfolio of 10 million ozt.
Bolivia's historic tails and dumps are rich in silver, tin, zinc and lead. Very few players are engaging the cooperatives with whom MTT has had an excellent business relationship and which the new mining law approves.
1. Silver & Gold Mega Projects: Acquisition & Development reserves in Bolivia. MTT has identified, acquired, and is looking to develop flagship precious mineral projects.

2. Silver, Lead, Zinc, and Tin Production Sites in Potosi: MTT has identified the right place to install a floatation & gravimetric plant to produce silver, lead, zinc, and tin concentrates. The initial plan is to install a plant of 500 MTPD. Negotiations with various cooperatives are underway.

3. Tails & Dumps in Potosi: MTT has identified a very interesting list of Mining Dumps & Tails. The Company has acquired two dumps projects initially and is looking to develop a fund to sell it to an industrial player in the future. The idea is to collect 1 million ozt Au equivalent reserves.
Non-Core, Opportunistic Assets & Minerals
Antimony, Copper, Borax, etc.
Traditional Bolivian Minerals
Chilean & Peruvian Minerals
Bolivia will be a market share winner in several minerals that are either being produced less in China or are not adding to reserves fast enough or are being depleted in Peru and Chile.
If Bolivia shares similar geology and mineralization with Chile and Peru, then we should expect the ramp-up of production and exploration for some minerals not currently dominant in Bolivia.
4. Antimony Project: Bolivia has a great potential of Sb across the country. MTT has identified and acquired top sites to develop reserves and produce antimony in the midterm. The target is 400,000 MT Sb of reserves.

5. Borax Project: Bolivia has a great potential of ulexite and boron compounds across the salt lakes in its highlands. MTT has identified and acquired a site to develop reserves and produce ulexite in the midterm.

6. MTT's initiatives to determine potential prospects of Copper, Indium, Lead, Molybdenum, and Zinc.
Business Intelligence Initiatives
Software
Consulting
To promote Bolivian mining and in light of limited information available, MTT believes it can capitalize on its rich body of knowledge of mining sites, concessions and cooperatives dumps locations.
7. Meta Mining: The Promotion of the Mining Business in Bolivia using the largest Bolivian mining database, Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learnin. The Company plans to offer this excellent tool that will include a social network to invite new players to the Bolivian market. The plan is to promote this tool with the Bolivian government.
